AKG C 414 LTD

AKG is proud to present a limited special edition of a legendary microphone. In its classic nickel-and-brass finish, this special version is a tribute to one of the most famous microphones in the recording world, manufactured only in the anniversary year 2007. The C 414 LTD presents itself with carefully selected components and sophisticated engineering details to ensure superior audio for the most demanding creative challenges. Five selectable polar patterns, high sensitivity, and extremely low self-noise add up to unparalleled flexibility and immaculate recorded sound. A set of dedicated accessories supplied exclusively with this special version completes this limited edition.

AKG C 414 B-XL II

A classic microphone with a distinctive timbre especially designed for recording of solo vocals and solo instruments.

With the introduction of the NeXt Generation C 414 B-XL models, AKG sets new benchmarks for useful features, improved technical specifications, ease of use and available accessories. All of these improvements are answers to requests from ever-demanding recording studios, broadcast stations and concert engineers, but with the basic sonic character of the legendary C 414 unaltered.

AKG C 414 B-XLS

A reference-quality microphone especially used for accurate, beautifully-detailed pickup of any acoustic instrument.

AKG C 451 B

Responding to growing demand, AKG decided to make the C 451 B with the same acoustic performance as the popular original C 451 EB + CK 1, with dramatically improved specifications. Using an extremely light diaphragm, the new C 451 B is almost totally insensitive to handling noise. Other features include an all-metal body for excellent protection from RF interference and high reliability for excellent results under almost all conditions.

The C 451 B is an excellent tool for accurately capturing signals rich in transients such as drums, instruments with a percussive sound, acoustic guitar, or for overhead miking.

Also available as a matched stereo pair C 451 B/ST with complete accessories in a carrying case (Soundtool case, middle size).

AKG C 12 VR

One of the most famous tube microphones in the history of recording was the legendary AKG C 12. In spite of vast changes in microphone engineering, these microphones in good condition are still very much sought after and extremely expensive. Therefore, studio engineers vigorously demanded a rerun.

The C 12 VR is an exact replica of the original C 12, from the cap-sule sound to the original 6072A vacuum tube. The only difference is that its self noise and some components were optimized to meet the current state of the art. No less than nine remotely selectable polar patterns, the legendary large-diaphragm capsule, and an original 6072A vacuum tube provide a sound that is simply beyond words.

The C 12 VR comes complete with an aluminum carrying case, power supply, cable, windscreen, and spider type shock mount.

AKG D 112

The D 112 has earned a well-deserved reputation worldwide as the best kick drum microphone ever made. Heavy-footed drummers won’t faze it, because the D 112 handles up to 160 dB SPL with no audible distortion.

A specially engineered diaphragm with a very low resonance frequency maintains solid and powerful response below 100 Hz, while a narrow band presence rise at 4 kHz punches through dense mixes with little or no added EQ.

The result is a kick drum sound that ideally balances precise definition and forceful impact. The D 112 is also an excellent choice for use with bass cabinets, trombones, etc.

Built in windscreen, SA 60 stand adapter included.
